er... normally I'm pretty software literate but DaZzle is a bit weird.

I can't seem to get the entire label printed out right... as in the label's box. a bit of it gets cut off on the right.

there is this reb box area and I can't move the entire label from the red box... basically a part of my USPS priority-mail label gets in the way..

its not a big problem since I moved the postage barcode to the left a bit so it wont get cut off... but everything after that red box on the right gets cut off.

I hope I'm making sense.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure I understand your problem, but anything outside the red box will not print (That is what the red box is telling you.)

Dazzle will want to print a Bar code at the very top of the label. I had a lot of problem with this, but I finally told it to print my label on the 2nd half of the sheet instead of the 1st half. This fixed my problem (I use sheets with 2 1/2 sheet labels).

maggie is correct, if it's outside the redbox, it won't print. You can try flipping the orientation of the label and see if that helps. But basically everything you want to print has to be in the red box.

Go here:

Find your printer and set it up accordingly.

Hope this helps!

I am trying to print postage this morning with Endicia and am unable to as the USPS Delivery Confirmation server is not responding. Anyone else having this problem?

Click the print button. At the top of the print page there is a button that says setup. click this and make the paper size the same as what you are using. This should move the red lines off the design page. If it doesen't made sure it is set to landscape or portrait.(whichever you need)

switching to portrait fixed the problem.

basically the layout was cutoff in the red box area and yeah can't print whatever thats not in the red box... didn't know how to setup the layout since I can't seem to edit the layout correctly...

I hope the DC server is back up cuz I need to print a few postages.
