Of course the reason they had not recieved notice of shipment is because I nevver recieved the payment. I pointed this out - strangely no respose.

Odds are they made a minor mistake in your e-mail address and they think they sent it to you. It won't show as completed in their account but many people are not sure how that works and he thinks for some reason you didn't claim it. This happen to me on occasion and a kindly worded e-mail pointing out and expalining the potential problem usually resolves it with payment being made correctly.

I told them that I would be happy to discuss the matter once they provided proof of pament. I told them I had searched b y both itme number and their email address but had not found any records and asked that they pleseprovide me with the PayPal transaction number. I have not heard from them since.
