Wisconsin-I don't find it that slow but I do get some strange pages. I signed in it took me to my eBay and then when I tried to go somewhere else I got a page that said my user ID is invalid and try again. Maybe they need a major overhaul.

I had the whole internet go down on me this morning. I couldn't connect withYahoo, even. I don't think it's ebay alone... anyone else notice that?

Same here. Never happened before with the bad password only in parts of My Ebay. Happened last night but a log off and log in cured the problem. Won't work today. The Archilles Ankle of ebay is and has always been the My Ebay function.

I agree with Dragonmom. It's been strange. Pages that should load fast are slow or don't load. It speeds up for a few minutes and then back to nothing. My guess is either it's lingering effects of the weekend virus or there's something new afflicting the servers.

I'm in Delaware if that helps. Sometimes it's geographic.

Edited to say I couldn't get to the ebay systems status board and that they are doing the "chat" revamp today. But that wouldn't explain why other sites are slow.

It's taking five minutes to connect to Ebay here in PA and then I get a message that says this page can't be displayed. Or it freezes right in the middle of connecting. Is anyone using explorer? Maybe that's the problem. It took a while to get to auctionwatch too.

Since late last night I am unable to view the items I have on my watch list. I try from the auction page and also from My ebay and I get this message:

We're sorry. You may have entered an incorrect User ID or password. If you tried to access this page using a bookmark, you may need to re-enter your User ID and password at the main My eBay page and re-bookmark.

Yes, I've been having that same error in My Ebay as well... Usually go back in and re-signing in works to get it back.

I think its an Internet Explorer glitch. Nothing working right on Ebay, Earthlink, MSN. I tried updating the IE and it didn't fix the problem.

MSN Net Passport is a disaster and I can't log onto any of my "groups". There was a major internet slowdown last Saturday that hit most servers not the personal PCs so I think we are going to have to wait to see what happens.

Im not posting auctions as I know everyone is having problems. Looks like I will loose my Power Seller status. I worked so hard to get it now it will be gone before I can use it.

My web site is on Yahoo and I haven't had any problem with access or function.

I am having the same problem. Where is the Main My Ebay page? It also gives me the same message when I go from the bidding page to the selling page. What an annoyance.

I cleared my cache but still had problems so I changed my password and now it is working fine again and I can get to my "watch" list. So I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I wonder how these problems will affect others who are trying to bid on our auctions?

Everything is fine again here and I didn't change my password. May have been a security glitch at ebay.

On ebay's announcement board:

***My eBay Bidding and Watching Tab***

Earlier, some members were receiving error messages when attempting to access certain tabs within their My eBay, including the Bidding/Watching tab. We have corrected this issue and all tabs within My eBay are once again accessible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Regards,
eBay

And I received this in an e-mail from ebay:

Fortunately, until this has been repaired completely, there is a workaround for the problem. We have found this is only occurring when you are not signed in prior to using your bookmark. Therefore, you can
prevent the repeated Sign In request by selecting "Keep me signed in on this computer unless I sign out" from the Sign In page. This will leave your computer logged into eBay until you specifically request to Sign Out.
