I had a bidder from Australia use bidpay to pay for two purchases. I recieved the confirmation from bidpay but never they payment. I went thru their hoops to get a replacement sent out and again was sent a confirmation of mailing but again no payment. I know enough time has passed because i got confirmation on another customer payment the next day and recieved that payment last week. At this point I would rather get on the phone to figure out what is going on but I cannot find a phone number. Anyone see something I don't on their site regarding a phone number?

Thank you! Just got off the phone with a very helpful woman who assured me my replacement replacement will be sent in the morning.
