Hi, all: Sold an item to an Italian buyer last night; told him to use PayPal, international money order, or send U.S. cash. Below is his answer; does he understand this correctly? I'm sure I've gotten PayPal payments from foreign buyers before. . . .

I forgot to tell him he could use Bidpay, unless that's changed too?

Here's his response today (and I do not take credit cards):

After a trial with PAYPAL registration I found out that
a US address state is required.
Please suggest another payment system. VISA is OK for
you?
best regards
Gianni

Suggest Bidpay - better for you anyway sinnce you have no protection with an international buyer.

How about Payingfast.com? I haven't tried it yet but understand it to be pretty good.

As someone who has used both bidpay and payingfast, I wanted to say that I found both good but I found payingfast is usually a little cheaper and the customer service is great.
