A couple of times I have run into a seller that apparently has seller remorse and won't complete the sale. This time it is a "Powerseller". He is in England or I would call him. I won five of his auctions on April 30. Since he runs continuous auctions, I went ahead and emailed him and said I was ready for a combined total so he would know I was finished buying. He never emailed back. I forgot about him for a while and then realized yesterday afternoon that he never responded. So I went to each auction I had won and clicked on the "Ask Seller A Question". I stated the problem and asked again for a total. I did this five times. Still no response from him. I can't imagine he is not responding because the auctions didn't go high enough. He is a professional seller and has to realize that sometimes things don't bring the max. (Normally when he sells these they end up higher.) What should I do? I bought an item from him about 6 weeks ago with no problem.

What I would do is try one more time via email to this seller stating that if you do not hear back from them by a certain time then you will have no choice but to leave five negs for them as a deadbeat seller and a formal complaint with ebay.
If you use this route just be factual. You can file a complaint with ebay but do not expect any help from them.
At least your complaint will be on record with ebay and if they keep this up maybe, just maybe ebay may lean on them.

I was hoping since he is a "Power Seller" they had their own mediation system. I looked at the power seller site and I only saw how to sign up and the benefits of being a power seller.

you can file a non seller alert
I located by clicking help - ebay policies - rules for sellers and the rule is....
Non-Selling Seller
eBay rule:
It is not permitted for a seller on eBay to refuse to accept payment or fail to deliver an item at the end of a successful sale.
To report a trading offense:
Contact Customer Support.
Include the appropriate information, including any relevant emails, with full descriptions in the subject line and complete email headers. Learn more about displaying complete headers for your email program.
Only report a case once—multiple emails about the same case slow an investigation.
Notes:
eBay will consider the circumstances of an alleged offense and the user's trading record before taking action.
Disciplinary action may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or indefinite suspension.
If a complaint can't be proven with certainty, we may take no action.
Due to privacy issues, it's not possible for eBay to discuss the results of an investigation

Stopwhining has a good point.
Or, it's possible that this seller may be having a personal crisis of some kind. I would just watch his future auctions to make sure that he is still in business before responding with negatives. This happened to me once with a missing buyer. She surfaced three months later after recovering from a serious auto accident. I had already relisted and sold the book that she had won but fortunately, I had not left a negative.
In another case recently, a seller was deluged with negatives -- after he died.

I would wait maybe he is away. Have you checked to see if he is putting anything on or doing any active bidding? How long has it been? Did you use an active auction to ask your question or did you use one of the ones you won the bid on? I am sure he will answer you soon. Don't give up.

A Non-Selling Seller! I didn't know they had that one section. Thank you so much!

I filed a complaint with Ebay. I don't plan on negging him five times. I don't need five negs in return. It isn't that it is such great stuff, but this is about the third time this has happened to me this year. If they want more money they should put in a reserve. I won the auctions on April 30. That was plenty of time to get the payment details to me. I contacted him through the old auctions that I had won, not his new ones. I looked at his fresh auctions and didn't see anything different. I did just notice that he has the square trade symbol in his auctions. Doesn't make any sense to me why he won't send me a total.

you said,
Doesn't make any sense to me why he won't send me a total.

it is not against ebay rule that seller does not give you a combined total for 5 items.
most sellers do offer combined shipping but he does not have to do that.

Maybe he's ignoring you because he doesn't ship to the U.S.

Since she bought from him 6 weeks ago, it does look like they sell to the US.

may be he needs the individual shipping fee to make some money or break even.

Why not go to his house and pick up the items yourself? Don't forget to take in Ireland while you're there, it's lovely this time of year and they have some great pubs.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I would not leave any feedback. There may be something going on you are not aware of. Although I file NPBA's with eBay I don't send negs for buying or selling offences. If feedback were to become retractable I would consider it but I realize things happen that are beyond peoples control.

Neg him and move on. It is in the powersellers code of ethics to never respond to e-mails. DO NOT SEND any money to this loser. If he wanted your money, he would have responded.
