Has anyone had any good or bad experiences using ebay to advertise or sell real estate? I have a couple of Florida apartments that came through an estate and need to be sold and was wondering whether ebay would be useful?

Real estate as you know is about location. A quick scan of Forida properties on eBay showed that most of the property listings were for coastal condos, time shares, houses, mobile homes, retirement type properties. If your apartments fall into that category eBay might work. If the apartments are basic residential you might do better working through a local real estate agent. A few Q's remain like how much do you know about selling real estate? Do you live or does some one you know live close enough to these apartments to show them to clients? Real estate sales can get complex and one really needs an attorney or agent for general CYA.

Also I think that under certain circumstances bidders are not bound to buy...

might want to check that out...

Kiddies love to play in that area...
