Yep, I had a bidder file square trade on me. She started threatening that I would end up on their "blacklist" of bad sellers if I didn't complete it. I got a good laugh out of her, because I had already completed it two days prior.
Squaretrade is a total joke in my opinion. I personally could care less if someone filed with Square Trade. Most of my items are less than $50, so if the bidder decides to dish out $20 for a mediator, they are getting ripped off. Square Trade has no enforcement whatsoever.
