I'm thinking ... maybe ... hoax? The doll looks as if it is made from cloth, which would make it easy to "enhance" at home. I haven't seen any other reports of similarly endowed Hulk dolls and looking at the, ah, size of that thing I can't imagine that it would just be overlooked at the factory.
Meanwhile, I'm doing the math: 12 inches (height of the doll)is to 6 feet (height of an attractive man) as 2 inches (length of the, um, thingy) is to ..... hey there, darlin'! (Essentially we're talking about a unit the size of the ENTIRE Hulk doll as pictured on the Sun website.)

So just get a man angry and he grows a super sized willy. Hmmmm... His expression certainly looks accurate.
Well at least kids won't have to play doctor to see the differences. But poor little girls surprise when she sees the real thing and thinks, gee and I thought it would be so much bigger. Hee hee.
