Your OK!
NPB after 7 days.
Ebay warns that the item may no longer be available at that time.
Your in the right!

Even though you are in the right. I think you are being a little fast on the draw. I would wait at least 10 days before filing a NPB.

More often than not, my non-payers pay up as soon as they get the NPBA email from Ebay. It's okay to relist it as soon as you send the alert, but I've found it's just easier to wait a couple of days to see if the winner responds. Most of the time they do. I love it when they claim they are not getting your emails (including Ebay invoices) but for some miraculous reason, they do get the NPBAs.

I'm a little confused. You filed the NPB Alert and then relisted the item. It wasn't a final NPB so there was no mark on the buyers record and you simply forego the final NPB and the listing fee refund.
Wait that I think about it, do you plan to file the NPB final step? The whole idea of the Alert is to give the buyer a warning isn't it. I do not think filing a final NPB is a good idea since she did pay and the item was relisted. Sounds like a certain negative feedback anyway.

She had the right to relist if she wanted to. But, if she files now to get her fees back that's a mark on the buyer who did send the money albiet late. That's the part that doesn't seem quite fair. I would have waited the 10 days and then filed to get the fees back and relist.

Both the buyer and seller are in the wrong here. Only 5 days to pay. Give me a break. Then relist on the NPB. You deserve a neg for that. The purpose for NPB is to remind the buyer they have this item waiting for them. I have many bidders accidently delete my WBN and when I send a friendly reminder e-mail, I get paid over 90% of the time without sending a NPB let alone filing FVF. You didn't even send a friendly e-mail.
It is strange that you get any bids at all.
On the buyers part, quite playing games and pay for the damm thing.
