Offer PayPal on all my listings
Check this checkbox if you would like to offer PayPal on all your listings. By selecting this option, eBay will add PayPal to all your listings, making it even easier for you to accept credit card and bank account payments online through eBay.

How do I become "PayPal Preferred"?
To become eligible for PayPal Preferred Rewards and get 1.5% cashback on all of your PayPal ATM/Debit Card purchases:
Obtain and activate a PayPal Mastercard ATM/Debit Card
Enroll in the PayPal Preferred program by clicking the "PayPal Preferred" link in the "Enhance Account" box on your Account Overview page.
Maintain an active PayPal Premier or Business Account
Have a valid eBay user ID and password registered with PayPal
List a least 1 item on eBay every 3 weeks
Advertise PayPal as the only online payment service on your eBay listings. You can still accept checks and money orders, and you can even mention other online payment services in your end-of-listing email to buyers, but to be eligible for PayPal Preferred Rewards, you need to advertise PayPal exclusively on your actual listing.

this is only if you want to maintain the paypal preferred status and use your paypal debit card as credit card and get 1 1/2% cashback.
in the past,they find out some members were not selling on ebay,all they do is transfer large amount of fund from their bank into paypal account and go shopping.
