I was sending a package to an apartment in New York, so I put a Signature Required, so I would not get the receiver saying they did not get it.

I get an email saying "Where is my package?" and I checked and the Post Office said it was delivered two days ago, and it says, "Signature Waived".

There was an option when I mailed it to Waive the signature, and I did not waive it.

How is it that it got delivered without signature?

What is the Post Office's Liability?

If you've got any of the paperwork that says that you wanted a signature, then file the insurance claim.. sounds like USPS fault.

Did you send it Signature Confirmation? Return receipt is better, but--it costs more money. Post Office fault.
