Hi again everyone. I'm describing a pin I found at a yard sale and my knowledge of jewelry could fit on the head of a pin .

Can anyone tell me what the blue/purple area looks like in this photo?

Looks like cloisonne or Purple Enamel Paint to me....maybe one of the Jewelry experts will come along in a little while

I agree with Toasted. Some sort of enamel.
