Why cancel your account? Switch to the standard plan and you won't incur any fees as long as you are inactive. If you cancel, you may not be able to get your same username back later. Also, by keeping your account open, you will be eligible to be "grandfathered" if Vendio makes any major changes such as fee increases.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I am not saying the last person did not have good advise, but the better place to Post would be under Vendio Services, Sales Manager, which is closely monitored by Vendio Customer Support.
Or send them a direct HELP question from their Help, Contact Page.

sparkz offers the right advice. This is part of a letter I received from Vendio when I inquired a couple of months ago because I was taking some time off from auctions.

You can switch to a different payment plan by logging in and clicking My
Account -> My Payment Plans. You will have the ability to switch your
Sales Manager payment plan as well as your Stores, Image Hosting, and
Customer Manager payment plans in this section. Since you will not be
using the service for two months you would want to switch down to the
Standard Plan. On this plan you will not receive a monthly fee.
To switch plans, click the "see other plans" link next to the Sales
Manager section. The Standard Plan outline is near the bottom of the
page. Click "choose this plan". You will need to review the user
agreement and confirm your selection. You then will be given a survey to
fill out. Be sure to complete the survey, if it is not completed, your
plan will not be switched to the Standard Plan.
When you would like to sign back up you just follow the same steps and
choose the plan you would like to be on.
As far as the image hosting goes. There are no storage fees for images,
and there is no limit to the number of images that can be stored in your
account. We do limit the size of each image to 300kb or less, and we
have implemented a 90 day deletion policy. Under this policy, any image
that is not actively being viewed in an auction, and which has not been
reset by viewing the full-size image in image hosting, is subject to
automatic deletion after 90 days.
That being said you will want to make sure to reset all your images
prior to leaving your account for two months.
