I made a mistake on the description on an auction. Howdo I get it off eBay? I can't find the right place to edit it out.

Hi Sanmar,

If you want to end it completely, there's a link at the bottom of your My eBay page. It's on the left under Managing Your Auctions.

But if all you need to do is revise the description you can do that in the auction itself.

Sanmar, I discovered the services button a few months ago. It is at the top of the Ebay page. Click on it and there are several useful options. You will find the end and auction early. I just used it this morning.

Thanks all. I haven't had to void an auction such a long time that I had forgot where to go. Mission accomplished.

Sanmar -

For the future, you can revise your description by going to the page for the auction and finding the "revise" link. It's something like "revise this item," over on the left side of the page.

rozrr: you can only do that if there are no bids. I have used this many times, but this was a duplicate auction for a camer & I only have one to sell. I had to cancel a bid & then delete the auction.
