Vendio customer service is DISGUSTING these days ever since they started the PAY for our customer service via telephone etc.
I went over to the VD sales manager board and asked a question because I have some auctions that are not importing to my active list...they're stuck somewhere because I relisted some PP immediate payment required auctions.
They responded (once!) to "wait a while". By the time they get around to responding again the auctions will be over probably.
We PAY to host our auctions here and shouldn't have to PAY for customer service also.

Hi glassgirl, I read on this board, it is better to write Vendio an email and they will reply in a timely manner. I did just that around Christmastime, they answered my questioned quickly and I received the info I was looking for, it was not a canned response.
