I get the feeling from this board and others that Ebay is pissing a lot of people off, either bec of fees, or they're not selling at Ebay. Just curious.

Lots of people on the boards like to complain. Ebay could give sellers $5 extra no strings attached for every item sold, and there will be some complaining that it isn't $10.

My mother never had to tell me to eat my spinach. I loved it, in fact I even liked liver.

I wish eBay would lose more sellers then maybe I could do better. Competition is good. I doubt if they are losing anything. They (eBay) are still making the bucks and everyone is jumping on the bandwagon.

I agree Salga has to do her homework. Quit teaching how to do eBay. I would hate to be her student....

It doesn't matter. eBay has a ways to go before they get near to market saturation.

In the words of P.T. Barnum, "There's a sucker born every minute." This is the business model you utilize when you have no concern for customer retention.

I would say as the economy gets worse E-Bay will get a lot more Sellers, they will try E-Bay as a last ditch effort. The only down side I see for E-Bay is the Sellers running on credit cards. I would say some of my competitors are doing just that. I buy with money only so I have dropped off my listings for now. I figure they will go broke sometime and I don't have to give mine away so I'll sit on my inventory until later dates I can make money off of it. I don't have to sell it on E-Bay.
