When you send a NPB notice,followed by a final value fee credit ??? does the NPB>>DEADBEAT<<still have a option to leave a retalitory negative feedback against the seller..Or does the >>DEADBEATS<< feed back link against the seller expire..PS.I give dead beats about 40 days before I neg them,always after I get a FVFC..Thanks for your answer.

E mailed the seller on THURSDAY!! Heard NOTHING TILL Monday! NEG!!!!!!!! takes too long to reply with shipping costs!!!!!

He WAS a VERY popular guy at one time....Japanese Loved him....I had at least 200 pull string dolls of him over a period of time.. Sold like hotcakes! $30-$40.....then,,,,,I had a small Jeep,,,Was at a CAR show,,,,Three jerks in a jeep! Loved to stick his hand down his pants and the other arm waving!!!!! Hi! I'm Pee Wee Herman.....this weekend,,,,,,$20.00 some,,still follow him.....I see I have still have three sitting on the shelf.....I used to fly to Japan, Tokyo, pee wee fetched me $70.00 there at their Swaps! History. And idiot!
