Late last night someone purchased 3 items from my store. I sent him an invoice this morning...he responded this evening that he needed the invoice for the other 9 items he purchased! He gave me a list of the item numbers and they still showed as "active" on eBay...I did a search of his user id and those items do not show as "completed".
I can understand thinking that the BIN went through on one or two items when it didn't really (ok I don't really understand but let's just say it could happen)..but NINE items?? Is something whacko at eBay??
The buyer is not a newbie (67 feedback)so I tend to think the problem is with eBay somehow. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I bet the problem was with the buyer and not with ebay. Might be a good opprotunity to avoid some FVF's with an outside of ebay deal.

Nah..I'm keeping kosher! I made a special store listing combining all the items and I will just end those listings when/if hopefully he buys them.
