Help! I've got 100+ auctions ending tonight... and I just noticed that only two of my 100 some odd auctions are showing up in my eBay store! This is not good! I use a link in my auctions that takes a keyword (like Canon or Nikon) and does a search for that in my eBay store. That way, a bidder can see all the items (both in my store and on auction) that contain that key word. Now... since most of my auctions aren't in my store... it doesn't see them when a search is performed! Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions for fixing it? Thanks for any ideas!

Well... right after posting to this board, I contacted PowerSeller support. At least I have to give them credit for prompt response. This is the message I received from them (45 minutes before my auctions ended):

Thank you for writing regarding items not appearing in your eBay Store. We are aware that some members are experiencing problems with items they have listed on eBay not appearing in their Store. We are working
hard to find the cause of the problem and fix it as soon as possible. We have learned that items should start showing up in the next 24 to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Anyhow... I'm glad that they're going to get it working... but it didn't do anything for my auctions! They all ended before it was fixed. I'm sure that my sales were effected. Even eBay suggests the use of the search link I used to promote more sales. So, it's not an un-logical assumption to think that if it isn't working I'm losing sales. I feel that I should be offered some sort of compensation, and am inclined to ask for a full or partial refund of this months Store fee. Do you think that's reasonable? Will they listen? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Absolutely reasonable to go after a refund. You have nothing to lose by trying.

Signed,

Mr. Melvin

I also have 100+ auctions that have not shown up in my store at all this week. I KNOW it has affected my sales because I sell many of the same items week after week and fro "some" reason they do NOT have bids this week. If eBay "compensates" you for anything, please post to this board! Thanks!
