I just listed my first few auctions and noticed the images are full size rather than the scaled down version I am used to using my other account. Can anyone tell me how or where I go to set it so that the size on the actual ebay auction page is reduced and they can click it to enlarge the image?

Do you list through Vendio?

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
You read about all these terrorists --- most of them came here legally, but
they hung around on these expired visas, some for as long as 10 -15 years.
Now, compare that to Blockbuster; you are two days late with a video and
those people are all over you. Let's put Blockbuster in charge of
immigration.

If you've got VD (see how that works right in there?) then go to:
MY ACCOUNT
SELLER PREFERENCES
Bottom of the page: Item Listing Options
Check the "Automatically scale down large images" (last option)
I don't think this will help with the auctions already listed. Might want to post over in Vendio Services/Sales Manager & Image Hosting and ask a Mod.

As a last resort, if you've got VD and you already have the auctions up and running, you can delete the pictures (yes with the auctions running, just ignore that warning screen) and upload new pictures with THE SAME EXACT name as the old pictures.
You could scale down the new images in your picture editing program.
If you stop the auction and relist you will lose the free relist if your item doesn't sell.
It will take a few minutes for the newest pictures to register. You may have to close your VD page and clean out your cookies and cache in order to view the "new & improved" page.

If the doctor confirms you do have VD, then our date for tomorrow night is off.

I don't know what size you had your pics when you downloaded or uploaded to your auction site, but if you had them at about 75KB they should have been ok.

You can't do that anymore.
Now that (VD) stores deleted photos.
If you use the same name, the old one will show.
Must now change name for new one to show!

Dad...That has always been the easiest way for me to do it, even before they started storing deleted photos. Upload new pics with new filenames, go to revise description, edit out old pic name and insert new pic filename. Be VERY careful you don't disturb or delete any of the HTML that surrounds the filenames.

The only problem I have with stored deleted photos is:
If someone steals your photos, you can't rename a joke photo to replace.
No matter what you do they will still have the one they stole!
Never had it happen but always hoped it would!

Dad..I betcha if your photo was linked to, and you were being charged by Vendio, an email to Diana could get that deleted photo buried

The reason I asked is I changed an image, I think, on January 30 and it worked fine. I have noticed recently that it takes a few hours for the change to go through. I shall now try to insert some images in closed auctions and see the results.

I just inserted a picture into an old closed auction and it appeared immediately. I had removed it a week ago. Am I missing something. I used the same name as before.

That's good if it works now!
Every time I tried I got the old photo.
When I asked about it I was told by V that I needed to rename.
