Hello
recieved this this morning.

"Be aware that after receiving a false ebay demand, I forwarded it to ebay, received a valid reply, and now find ALL MY EBAY RECORDS HAVE BEEN DELETED. I am hoping this is a temporary situation, and luckily last night I printed all my debt letter out. BUT BE AWARE.
Unfortunately I do not know what is going on but ebay seems under some form of attack.
Regards"

That coupled with making everyone (even suspended sellers, power seller and a few other odd things makes me wonder. Well
"shields UP" (Norton, et al)

After a long career in customer support, two words come to mind about your customer. And they are:

USER ERROR
