I wish to set up two Outlook Express programs to use for different accounts. Currently I use Outlook Express to catch emails from both my Ebay and Vendio email account, and my storefront business account. The problem is that my business partner wishes to be able to read the storefront emails and not have to weed through my Ebay emails.

Yes you can have 5 email addresses (I think) in outlook express, Well maybe that is wrong. Call the tech support for your ISP and they should help you set up another one. I have two, but they will allow me 5. One for my main email address and the other for me 2nd selling ID on EBay.

My husband and I have separate Outlook Express accounts, or identities. We just click on "file" and "change identities". We did it with our ISP, and it works great, all my eBay stuff doesn't get mixed up with my husbands business mail.

I just worked out how to do it. Click on "file", then on "identities" then "add new identities" and follow the instructions. You have to transfer your address book etc, I put mine on a floppy disk and then copied it.

thanks. i was actually thinking of adding a second Outlook Express to the desktop as well. That way each of us could simply click on the icon on the desktop to read our email rather than switch back and forth. Not a biggie, but it would be a bit simpler.
