This one definately has a chip on their shoulder or they happen to have a string of bad luck buying from other sellers. I couldn't imagine that all of those sellers gave bad experiences.
It goes to show you can get a ton of negatives and still keep bidding as long as they don't file the FVF.
I recommend putting them on your block list to avoid any kind of problems.

Maybe the sellers that have gotten burned by this guy can get together and figure out what ID they got him NARUed under and make a case to eBay. No, wait, there's no profit in that for eBay. Sorry.
Well, perhaps he could be rehabilitated into a seller. He does have the perquisite attitude, it seems.
Seriously, expect a quantum leap in this type as the eBay hawkers drag more and more customers in off of the street.

you would think a buyer like this would try and resolve the problem instead of having a trigger finger to dish out negs like its a McDonalds drive thru. this is the same type of shopper that goes to Walmart and yells at the customer service cashier who has nothing to do with the product they sell. I really sympathize for those on the receiving end of any tirades and tantrums this baby gives.

absolutely unbelievable if you ask me. i cannot fathom the idea of being so damn stubborn as this bidder. perhaps we should offer some sort of professional service to teach this poor sap how to use feedback appropriately. i'm amazed they haven't closed their account and started over yet.

Close their account? That one always puzzles me. I am sure there IS a way to close an account but really, why bother? Just like you said, open a new one. It's a dime a dozen to have many seller sites on e bay.
If you never list there again No one is EVER going to go there. Why would they? As this Buyer, just open a new name and screw up some more NEW unknowing good folks.

Why? He was just a happy go lucky sort of fella who followed e bays rules, He gave his factual statements reguarding the transactions as he saw it. Cheap Chinese JUNK! The seller never once mentioned China. hahahahahah, E bays feed back system really is a money maker for them. They will never change it. They care less who it hurts. They have a working partner called SQUARETRADE!..... Nothing will EVER change Unless you, the people TELL e bay....Powersellers you have an open invitation door directly to a real live person.
