I've just tried to list an art print and have run into trouble with the "item specifics"...height/width. I put in the measurements...in "width", I typed in "18" and, in "height", typed in "24". I did not type the quotation marks...just the numbers. I keep getting the dreaded red message "item specifics must not be more than two digits." Last I knew, both 18 and 24 WERE two digits. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for help.

Hmm. No clue. I've never gotten that message. I think what I'd do is start over with the auction, including turning my computer off and then on again and hope Ebay had healed itself. Sometimes magic works! LOL

Yup, that's what it was...thanks! I guess I didn't start the numbers all the way over to the left margin...computer read it the space as an extra digit. Problem solved and auction ready for launch!
