Can someone help me. I have the postage calculator on my auctions and it does not work right when you click on it. You have to go back and put in the actual weight for your auction and then it will tell you the correct weight. If you don't go back and put in the correct weight, then it just weighs 14 oz's. Any suggestions? Mikey

I don't have clue how to fix your problem other than offering a different shipping calculator
http://auctionsupplies.com/calculators/
It's a simple copy and paste calculator ...you put the weight in it each time on each auction .
Or ...use the one that ebay provides which is alot easier and you can add a handling fee if you need to and it doesn't show your adding it.
Only thing bad about it is you have to choose how your shipping .With the copy and Paste one you can let them choose priority or Parcel post

I never use anything like this. I have a scale & weigh it, then use either the USPS or FedEx rate charts. Now I use the PayPal postage printer. Just put in the weight & Voila, P/P dor=es the rest & prints out the postage with addresses etc on it.

I do what Sanmar does. Weigh the thing, calculate the shipping and put it in the auction. I've clicked on calculators many times and had it come up with, say, $14.85 for a 3 ounce item, at which point I hit that back button pronto. I won't even consider using one in my auctions.

Same here. I calculate the shipping cost myself using a scale & the USPS site. Never have had a complaint.

I tried the ebay shipping calculator once and found that it was so way off that I just have people e-mail me for a quote now.
