I would say the 3474384499 auction has the stolen pictures since they are the size of the small versions on the other one.

Yellowtail has to be the thief - his was listed 2 days after the other one. Sounds like he may have the computer (though the receipt is doubtful) and may be just an image thief and not a total scammer.

yep. you got it right. yellowtail is the image thief. You would think that if he has 6 laptops up for sale with stolen pictures that he could afford a digital camera by now, since he's been on Ebay for a few years.

no, i did actually take hers. i don't have a good camera and all my pics come out dark so i used hers. she reported me so i think i will be warned or shut down by ebay
