Ok, I just got an email,
"will buy your sneakers now if shipping will be 3.50 thnak you"
Mind you our shipping is not outrageous, shall I write back and say I'll ship the shoelaces for $3.50?
I need a good come back.....

Ask 'em which one they want, the left one or the right.

Can't get much better than what sparkz said.
So just say:
Right or left sneaker, your choice.

I got a payment in the mail on a BIN US auction for the exact amount of the BIN. I have emailed asking for a referral to their free packaging and postage source but no word back from them yet.

Do not be mean.
Write back,
"We could set the shipping/handling at $3.50, but the price of the shoes would have to be $xx.xx.
Are you still interested?
Respectfully,

Thanks for all the input...I went with a professional response, of course...oh how I wish I could respond in my sarcastic way just once.....
The bidder wrote back and asked if I'd send two pairs for $7.00. I asked which pairs and she referenced mine and another seller's pair. HUH? Oh well.... I guess she was trying to make a deal with someone else also.

That's right. Do not be mean. Remember that every potential customer, no matter how lame she may sound, could come back and spend lots of money on your products. You must cultivate this woman and make her feel wanted.
Yeah, right. Uh-huh. Sure.
My big spenders have NEVER had any problem figuring out the drill from the very beginning.
Whereas those who try to cut themselves a discount right out of the gate never, ever return.

I like your style, Fluffy....I agree, I have almost never had a return buyer with someone who wanted a deal.

Move on an make money I get 3 or 4 emails like that a week. Once I returned a email saying "asking for a discount betrays your breeding" now I just click them off and only think that.
