I signed up for the trial version of it.
I put it in several listings that I have running.
When I log in and want to see what you all are saying you see. I don't. !!!
I see that there have been hits to my auctions, but I don't see any thing else ??
How do I get more info.
Yes the code is in the auctions correctly.checked and double checked.
Do I have to have bids on auctions ??
I really want to know what search words are being used to find my auctions... And I can't get any thing ???

um, the hits you see should be 'clickable'. So try that. And active auctions should be also, and you should double click that, and it should bring up your auctions, where the ? is beside the IP number, will tell you city and state of the looker.
The hit numbers (this should all be on the left side) when you click those, should give you all the info, like how they found your auction, most importantly the KEY word they used to find it (I think thats the best part)
If none of that works, they do have a forum, and people in there look very helpful, I have never posted there, just read.
