They would like you to enter your telephone number in your file so they can give it to your customer to keep everything running smoothly. To have their needed IMMEDIATE Questions answered. Ring, Ring, Ring,,Hello,,,Yes I see it's 3 a.m. Oh you wanted to know when your "item shipped". Gee I'll get RIGHT UP and figure out What "ITEM" it is and CALL you, right back. I understand just HOW dreadfully Important this REALLY is. Thank you too. Click! Pay pal, IDIOTS!
This way THEY don't have to deal with YOUR Customer, You can, 100%, that should cut WAY down on their work load.

Jack...By cutting down on their workload, they will be able to lower their fees by 75%. They should be announcing it at any time. After all, the financial well being of sellers is their #1 priority.

We've had our phone number on file with them since we registered. It's actually a good thing because we have a personal account rep that calls every couple of months just to check on us and see if everything is going ok. I have her direct number and extension so that when I have a question, I just call right up. I did need to call once and it was SO nice to be able to just call up, not wait on hold, get an answer and be done with it.
