..my earlier post RE: overseas paypal: well it[transaction] is going to H***...i am trying to salvage, but bidder doesnt answer my emails..or even one ebay payment reminder...this concerns one buyer of 9 auctions..i[and so does buyer] have 9 opportunities to post positive, or NEGATIVE, feedback...while only one positive post leads to change in the total--the unique aspect is what i refer to; does it work the same way with a negative[9negatives] post?? the total number of negatives showing would certainly catch one's attention, dont you think?
------
having said all that, i again repeat, i am trying to salvage the transaction....the bidder has an immaculate 121 f/backs; i dont relish the idea of posting 9 negatives... H***, all i want is my money...
------------------
any thoughts as to "how to smooth the bumps" and save the deal will be GREATTTTTLLLYYY
APPRECIATED!!!

Wow, you have my sympathy. I was going to suggest you call the buyer, but it's overseas and would cost a fortune. I hope someone here will have a good suggestion.

Forget feedback. Feedback won't get you paid.

A phone call may cost less than eating fees. The buyer clearly thinks s/he has already paid you.

Stop: its a japanese bidder...yes she still bidding, and winning auctions...even without contacting any other sellers, i would bet that i am the first seller to refuse paypal transaction...which is reason enuff for me to continue to try and salvage the deal...but having been stung by the "UNC" paypal bug once, i dont want to be victimized again...and if this was a 12.99 auction, it probably would have been okay-and i would have accepted,,but it is not, it is a $170 auction...as some say, thats a lot of 2-buck-chuck!
thanks for the help tho...

Fluf: "The buyer clearly thinks s/he has already paid you."
you right...and hopefully by now she knows that she has been refunded the total...i have emailed her another explanation of this..and you are right also about the f/back, it not only doesnt get me paid, it is truly nothing more than the "aftermath."
i dont want neggs on me, anymore than anyone else does...and given "the nature of human nature," the obvious will happen --UNLESS I AM CREATIVE ENUFF[WITH HELP] TO SOLVE PROBLEM AND SALVAGE THE TRANSACTION...

You could leave neutral feedback with something like "e-mails haven't been answered. Please contact me." I had a bidder do that to me once (my only neutral) when we had a communication problem.

i will just accept the payment and mail her the items.
you can tell what she bidded on if those items from you are in line with her budget.
japanese are used to high prices and with a strong yen, your stuff is probably a bargain to them.
but then it is just me,i do business with the japanese, they are meticulous and precise, they sent no free sample and they dont give freebies.once the vendor sent me a free gift,i know i must have overpaid for the goods.

File a NPB on one of the items to see if that will get her to respond.
