I tried your BIN method and sold an item for a $12.00 BIN that got no bids at 5.99. I sold another item for $14.00 BIN and the woman thought she got a "steal" even though it had been listed before at 9.99 with no reserve and no bids.

mc jane - it was in a post that Clancy started .

I think the title of the post was "buy it now?????????"

As of this writing the last post to it was on 4/23.

I get the opposite most often. Someone will place a bid less than the BIN, the BIN will be removed and the item ends up selling for more than the BIN price. That's okay with me!
