The following url will tell some of the story as he writes it in his description. I understand that Kmart and Martha Stewart corporation have reached an agreement on selling of her products. Martha Stewart and Kmart will still be connected.

I wonder if this will get as many hits as the wedding dress auction?

A couple of things. I'm not following it too closely but it has been on the news and in our face several weeks ago and I sorta absorbed the following. Not sure of exact details though.

1- They are trying to get a new trial because one of the jurors (who made himself very visable after the trial) had been found guilty or something that whould have made her team dimiss him as a juror. The judge is reviewing it.

2- They are in the sentencing phase and I think that will be reavealed in June.

I was wondering if Martha will make a stink about her brother using the "Martha Stewart Heritage" label on his auctions.

He doesn't own the name "Martha Stewart"; she does, and it's worth a lot of money, even today.

During the filming of "The Imposters" (1998), director Stanley Tucci bestowed the Golden Ham award on the actor who had gone farthest over the top in that week's filming.

IF her brother isn't doing a good job with pix and description, I would expect Martha to be a bit mortified; she's so into quality control, bless her heart.

Really bad photo.
If he wants to sell this stuff - he should sell them to a dealer or something and keep it off the Web for now. Doesn't Martha have a enough to deal with right now?

Doesn't seem like he's doing very well...think it's more his poor presentation than lack of interest in Martha's "heirlooms". You'd think someone would rather own Matha's first double boiler than a used wedding dress modeled by a biker-dude!

If you are a Martha fan, you might not want to purchase the item from someone you see as unfriendly to her.
If you are not a Martha fan, you probably wouldn't want to own the item anyway.
Martha herself could easily purchase any and all of these out of pocket change. She is apparently not interested in what we will loosely describe as "heirlooms". And if it's not good enough for Martha, it's not good enough for me.
