Enhancements to Emails Sent to Losing Bidders***
Date: 04/30/04 Time: 03:08:44 PM PDT
We have made some enhancements to the emails that are sent to members who do not win the listing they were bidding on. These emails contain information about similar items (based on category and keywords in the title) that might interest the buyer.
Previously, these emails were sent a set time after the listing had ended. Now we have not only improved the logic to show buyers more relevant items, but these emails will be sent right after the original listing has ended so that the results are more current. We believe this will help buyers find items that they are interested in more quickly and easily.

You could, however, send such email yourself. Isn't that what Second Chance is all about?
