why can't you double list in two catagories in Ebay motors?

why can't I post an auction in two catagories.

you know, like under "tools" in motorcycles and "tools" under cars or something like that.

I have an antenna that I think you could use on an RV and a Boat. But I can only list under either RV or Boat but not both.
