Boy, this one has it all: Deceptive titles and descriptions, keyword spamming, horrible terms and conditions, outrageous shipping. Unbelievably, has a couple of bids. I wonder if his feedback (currently 0) will ever get into the positive numbers?

It has no bids, at least from what I see. I also cannot get the photos to show and I have cable internet. Of course, when the weather is crappy, my cable internet is as well. All that aside. . .$70 for shipping? What are they nuts? Will be interesting to see if it sells at all. That's how they are starting it for .01. Hopefully, bidders are smart enough to read the whole thing.

I just noticed that they are not offering insurance.

If you DO leave neutral or negative feedback without giving me the opportunity to resolve the issue… as per ebays non paying bidder policy, we have the right to file a report against you for not complying with the sellers policies that are listed here.

Lies, lies, lies. If you pay and are unhappy with your purchase, you can leave negative and neutral feedback and the seller cannot do anything to you (unless in those rare instances eBay feels you were treated unfairly). They most certainly cannot report you as a non-paying bidder. This auction is full of bull crap
everywhere.

Please allow 7 to 28 days for shipping from the date payment is received on all lower 48 state orders. All other shipping can take 4-6 weeks.

Since they only take PayPal, mayber they should read the rules on shipping set by PayPal. 4-6 weeks? 7 to 28 days to even ship?

he is using dropshipper for this item, and the picture is scanned from catalog.
i dont know why he only accepts paypal and could not care less if it is a confirmed ship to addr??
shipment will be 7-28 days after payment is received??
Does he know that paypal requires him to ship promptly after payment received and promptly is 7 days??
so he is leaving himself open to bidder filing paypal complaint after 7 days and if he cannot come up with online tracking dc,paypal will yank the money from him.
shipping to non confirmed addr, another problem for him.

Can't get the pics too. Doesn't it make you mad when you see sellers like this? There's a jewelry seller that has "diamond" stud earrings starting at a penny. They are tiny chips of junk diamonds, and they charge $18.00 shipping with mandatory $5.95 insurance. They changed their ID after gathering a ton of negs, but their modus operandi is the same. And what really gets me is that these sellers get bids!

he does not have to offer insurance, dropshipper will use UPS or FED EXP and 100 dollars insurance is included with shipping cost.

The pictures didn't load for me either.

This seller sounds like he has sold before and got booted. Also sounds like a lawyer wrote his TOS.

Won't take bids from buyers with 0 fb, well what about buyeing from a seller with the 0 also!!??!!

Yikes, this seller has issues. I am sure there is a way to list TOS in a polite manner.

Meant to say a couple of bids on some of his other items.
By the way, if you need more than one of these antique, vintage, Sterling silver teasets (new and unopened, and silverplate), he has 14 of them.
If he would only combine shipping, I could be sitting here serving tea, wearing my patchwork leather jacket and my designer-like sunglasses.

you are all sooooooo right! this auction has everything-to turn one off..
----------------------

i read all your responses, then clickd over out of curiosity; then typed all this out of animosity for these kind of sellers..
------------------------

now is when i wish i had a second id..so i could ask why should i buy from a zero, or just why should i buy from anyone who threatens me with reprisal if i do what is alllowed[negative f/back]...per this:::

" We can no longer accept bids from new ebay users with a rating of ZERO (0)"
-------------------------------

i didnt get image, or "bids" either.

This guy is attempting to have all these items dropped shipped. Many sellers have tryed this before, but this company he is dealing with doesn't always have these items in stock. Sometimes you wait for months for them to have these items available again. They also drop items in their catalog at the drop of a hat and never warn you about that. Last Christmas I waiting two and three weeks just to get an order in from them. So if someone is pre-selling their stuff...Good Luck...their going to need a lot of two buck chuck. I'd say this bird has been throwed off of E-Bay a few times before.

I read his description to find he states this set is both sterling (similar items sell for $4000) and he states it is silverplate. I emailed to ask which it is. We'll see if I get an answer.

This nut is breaking every eBay rule there is, anyone going to turn him in for keyword spamming or copyright infringement? This seller needs to GO!

I read it thoroughly, and still can't decide which one of the sellers that post here it is. Sounds familiar, though.

Almost a parody demonstrating how alienating the chip on the shoulder seller can be.

Seller name should be Oxymoron.

antique and new
sterling and silverplate
inspired and imitation
vintage and new

Can't wait to see the negs start piling up.

I've sent him/her a couple of questions too. Still no answer .... using my "new id", he'll prob yell at me for wanting to buy not using paypal and asking to combine shipments.

It is 100% pure nickle plated, no silver in it. It has the name of Sterlingcraft on the item itself. Item wholesales for $17.40

Check this one out. I found this a few days ago and emailed the seller. I ask if the bracelet is gold since she didn't mention it in the description. For the price it should be. She emailed back with unbelievable spelling. I deleted it or I would have pasted it here. Anyway with -1 FB would you bid $750 on this?!? Read her FB.

I wouldn't touch that one. Should have an appraisal by a reputable jeweler and a decent photo. She offers no details at all. Someone's living in the land of make believe.

This yokel has been on eBay for 6 days!! Yeah Right!! I don't see any pictures & he is giving double talk about it being silverplate or sterlingI am positive it is silverplate as he states "Sterlingcraft Silverplate. Let him dream on, silverplate sets go for under $100.00 at any auction in this part of the country.

I can't believe the brazen keyword spamming on the sunglasses he has listed. Not to mention some of the names he's throwing around are VERO members. He's probably be going to be receiving an email from [email protected] before too long.

Geeze, I get VeRO'd for some stupid purse that I didn't misrepresent and his misrepresented items are still up and running. The VeRO police should be along soon especially if any of them read this board. Ah, too bad.

This is a copy-and-paste directly from the Armani sunglasses auction...

"THESE ARE NOT GEORGIO ARMANI® SUNGLASSES, THEY ARE CLUB FUN REINTERPRETATION® DESIGNER STYLE SUNGLASSES. THE GEORGIO ARMANI® NAME IS USED SOLELY FOR COMPARISON TO PRODUCT."

I can't believe this auction is still on...

He/she said it is plated with sterling silver.

How would you know? It's probably made in Taiwan or a third world nation.
