How do I send a combined invoice to a customer? It used to do it automatically if there were other wins with me for a single bidder. I don't have a clue how to invoice for multiple wins!

Just click on "send invoice", and make sure all the boxes are checked of the items the bidder won. Click "recalculate", type in s/h, insurance, and your note...then click send...

For me it's the same as the old eBay.

WGM -- It's not working that way for me, unfortunately. When I click on it, it is only showing the one auction and none others. Uh oh ... Huston, I think we have a problem!

You may want to go to the "new my eBay" board. They seem to be keeping up-to-date on all the glitches and work-arounds (in addition to complaining about the new eBay LOL)

edited to add: and for what it's worth, don't post on any of the boards over at eBay. They make us look like a church quilting circle over here

Not a glich - if a person completes "check-out" for an item then the items can no longer be combined (per PS support)..BUMMER!

WGM ... I'm on with Ebay live and they are trying to work out the glitch.

And after the way I was hung from the rafters last weekend ... I dunno .... This board definitely practices tough love ...

Neglus -- She didn't even have a chance. Once the bidding closed this evening, I tried to invoice. I'm a bit like a kid in a candy store when I see my items going for very high prices and watch until the auction closes.

I have had the problem when the buyers checking out too soon and then I am not able to combine. I tell them the total due in the customized part of the invoice which works for a check. If they log directly into PayPal and select "items I have won" instead of using the link the items should combine and they can pay from there.

Neglus -- I just got offline with ebay live and they have corrected the situation. I didn't realize I had a problem until I posted here. We shall see what happens in the coming days ...
