Business has picked up slightly for me but I am still having a problem with NPB. The new Ebay system seems to be working at least with my US bidders. Within minutes of me contacting Ebay I have been paid with Pay Pal.

What do NPB see or receive? Are they blocked from bidding or sent an scary email?
