I've read thru it all and can't figure out how to file. There is a whole page of BS but no click on like there used to be. Is there a secret to this??

Go to Site Map at the top of any regular ebay page. Under Services- find Manage My Items for Sale then click on Report an unpaid item. You will need the item number (Auction number) and fill out the form. Then wait. Hope that helps a little.

If you go to "all selling" on my eBay, the last section on the left "Selling links". You will see "report an unpaid item". That is as far as I have got, I hope that after the time lapse stated, it is still easy to do.
