I followed the instructions that you provided so that the paypal payments are automatically imported into Vendio. It works great, but there is one small problem. For some reason under Balance Due on the invoices it shows minus whatever the shipping cost is even though the customer is paying in full. For example: Balance Due: -$1.00. Why is it doing this and how do I correct it? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Diane - I DON"T KNOW! I never use the VD invoice. Perhaps you can post the question in the "sales manager" board in the Vendio Community Board. They will probably tell you to reboot your computer etc etc and that it's all your computer's fault..but give it a try.

i use the vendio post sale mgt on all of my sales. the invoice that you print up is great. i put this page inside the box when shipping. that way, if the box gets damaged enroute, they not only have the shipping address, they have the proof of cost for any insurance claim.
i have never had tha -1 problem though. sorry i can't help you on that.
