I keep try ing to change a winning bidder's address. i am using the section I always do that states-- "Use this section if you just want to change buyer's email address" I click the button and it says--

"Cannot submit unless all fields regarding the new winner are properly filled out."
Everything IS filled out!!!!! GRRRRRRRRR
