I found the answer to my previous question and I got my image loaded to Ebay Auction with my template. However, my image is not centered on the Page, it is on the left hand side. How do I center the image?. Is this HTML code I need to place in template before I insert image from Vendio Hosting?

When you did your template did you use Center and Split or images on the left?
I am assuming, which I probably shouldn't, that you are using one of vendio's pre made templates if so you have to go in and revise that template so if you want your first image in the center and the rest at the bottom you need to select center and split. You don't need any html to do this.
You can revise most of vendio's templates to have your images where you want them. All on the left or all on the right. Stacked on top or stacked on the bottom. Your preference. I hope this helps.
