It's so tiny because the image you linked to is a thumbnail.

YES--that's better! to getthe full sized image:
bracket the url with [img$] and [/img$] (take out the dollar signs, though). And get rid of the "thumb" part of the url, so it looks like this: http://imagehost.vendio.com/preview/mi/micmic66/P8240029.jpg

When I first looked at it, I thought it might be "Thursday nite craft class" because of the crude mouth. I wanted to see the base because usually amateurs don't finish off the base.
Checked my Roseville book, and nothing resembled your piece.
Weller book was next, and I found several pieces of Silvertone that resemble it in form and crudeness. Very possibly Weller.
Whatever it is, it's probably done for production, and not a craft class piece.

Southwest....I bugs me a little its unmarked. All the others I have seen looking on ebay are marked....Do ya know if Weller made unmarked vase's??
