I just went to list an item on eBay, and got this message:
" Based on your activity this week, you have reached one or more limits on selling activity.
To protect your account and the community from misuse, we limit the amount of business sellers can do on eBay. However, you can easily increase your selling limit by providing us with additional verification information.
Your account will be reviewed in the next 24 hours by a member of the eBay customer support team. You may also be contacted via email or phone to provide additional information during the review. You will be notified via email on the status of your account
Has anyone else had the same message? I am a small seller, about 30 items a weeks, so I know there are people selling a lot more than me.

That's odd. I had heard they were placing restrictions on activity based on levels of validation eBay had done -- ie. had credit card on file, etc.
Isn't that what others have heard?

My credit card is on file, and there is no problem with it. My sales are much less in the last few weeks than they have been many times at peek season, so I don't know what is going on. I checked into increased verification, but it is not even available to Canadians, US and territories only. I have a bunch of auctions scheduled to go, so I don't know what to do.

Set up a second seller's account and get those auctions listed. No need for you to lose money while they are experiencing rectal-cranial syndrome. This comes up every once in awhile, and seems to disappear about a week later.
