Apparently this is a foreign marks because I can't find it in American marks. It is coin silver, which is .900 so not considered sterling but nonetheless it is silver. Anyway here is the set and the mark. Thanks for any help.

Very pretty silver--but I have to tell you--as the image slowly scrolled down there was a Very Scary Face--at first I thought it was an owl, then it turns out to be, I dunno, maybe Saddam Hussein?!! My fourth-grade teacher? Weird.

I have a set of flatware with the same mark. At first I thought it was 90% silver, which would have been fine. Turned out to be a heavy silverplate of Scandanavian origin. In any case, it's a pretty set. I'd add some paintings to the walls. Looks like my house, and a few paintings made a nice difference.....MS

This is my ebay room and junk in every corner. There are pictures on the walls but you can't see them for everything else.

Is the mark on your flatware exactly like this one?
