This gal from England bid on my widget 49.99 plus shipping and never paid. I went to the listing page and no where can I find where to file the NPB. any ideas??

Lordy, Lordy. there is stuff I sold back in 2003 that was paid for and is long gone. I can't even find the one she didn't pay for. too confusing. Will leave the Brit a neg and block her.
