Because of Hurricane Ivan I took nine auctions off of eBay Wednesday a week ago and want to relist now. Because there are so many images I am going to relist through Vendio as they charge an arm and a leg if you don't launch through Sales Manager. I want to insert a paragraph into the main body of the description. I can find no way to do this through Vendio.

I just tried and launched an auction. Of course it didn't allow me to pick the time of launch or insert any new data into the description. Does anyone know a way around this. Thanks.

As for Hurricane Ivan I got off pretty easy. Just a big mess in the yard to clean up. In the neighborhood however there were a lot of trees down, some of them on houses.

getalife,

If you listed your original auctions through Vendio, doing a relist with any edits is no problem. Since your auctions will be listed under unsold items, just click the auction & then click relaunch or relist (whichever it is). Then before launching the auction, just click to edit the text.

Good luck.

If you listed originally with Vendio, then click on relist & then click on edit. You can do anything you want then. As far as setting time & date, there is a new twist. First click on the little calendar at the right of the date & time it will popup a calendar & you can pick the day, at the bottom of the calendar it shows the time click on the arrow & pick the time.

Thanks for the help local and sanmar. The first time I hit the relist button I somehow didn't see the edit button. I usually try to list between 8:00 PM and 9:30 PM CST so auctions will end between 6:00 PM on the west coast and 10:30 PM on the east coast Sunday night.

I picked these times to relist so I didn't need the calendar to pick a time but I will remember. I normally don't relist auctions that don't sell but this was an exceptional circumstance. If it doesn't sell the first time there is no second chance. That might be a bad policy on my part but I usually list way under what I think the item should sell for.

Thanks again.

PS: About an hour ago I heard Ivan is preparing a rerun, but this time through Texas.

Ivan didn't make it to Texas. He came in at Cameron, LA. All we got was a little rain, a nice breeze and cooler temperatures.
