i filed an npb alert and now that it is time to file for fvf, i cannot find it anywhere. jumped through all the hoops i could find on ebay to no avail.

Isnt it under the dispute resolution tab? How about unsold items?

Hi--I had the same problem but finally figured it out. Under the part where it says dispute resolution (or something like that..I have none on there now so can't remember the exact words)..anyway it will give you the option of getting your fvf plus a strike against the buyer.
I was very happy as my buyer got NARU'd as mine must have been strike three. Hope this is a little help.

i tried the dispute tab and all it gives me is place to respond to the buyer.... there is checkmark saying i can file for fvf, but nothing that allows me to do that.
