Can someone refresh my memory as how to file for a final value fee. I have already filed an unpaid item complaint more than 7 days ago.
Thanks

Look about 3/4 of the way down...

SEE where it says:

If you already filed, and the 7 days are up, you won't see the option on the "View all disputes" page for claiming your FVF and giving the deadbeat a strike. You'll have to wait 2 or 3 more days before it shows up. Be very careful which option you click. It's easy to screw up and let them off the hook. I found that out the hard way when they first started the new process.

There is a blue check mark on two of mine under the eligible for credit column. Now how do I actually get the credit? I can't click on the blue check marks. This is soooo frustrating.

CLICK the LEFT SIDE link named:

VIEW

THEN...

On next page, CLICK the link that says:

CLOSE THIS ITEM...

You are then presented with THREE choices...

Choose the bottom one -- gives you the FVF credit and a nice fat DING against yer deadbeat!

Hi all,

Tom and Sparkz, thanks for the help!

I just nailed my first deadbeat using the new system. She was NARU'ed immediately.

Gee, what a shame. Now I can't leave feedback...

GOOD Point MsLucy! Perhaps in the future instructions should start with 1.) Leave a really nasty feedback at least 1 minute, but not more than 5, before finalizing NPB.

LOL!
