Can a person find a sellers user IDs offsite if they sell on Ebay? Ebay will only provide it if you have had a transaction.

Good, if you just want to contact a seller, all you have to do is go to one of their closed auctions and click the "ask a seller a question button", it will email them even after the auction has closed.
